First of all thanks for visiting our web site and for mailing us! Some of you have asked about possibilities of supporting Missionaries Oblates of Mary Immaculate or other missionaries in our Catholic communities of the Arctic. This page is added to answer your questions.
Some parishioners/friends choose, from time to time, to make a donation to our diocese in memory of their loved ones. All donations are greatly appreciated and a tax receipt will be issued to you if you choose to make a donation. Please contact us at the diocesan office (204-675-2252) if you wish to donate. Your financial support will be used to assist the mission work and its people in the most Northern missions in Canada.
Prayer
Please pray for us - for those in active ministry as well as for all the parishioners of the northern communities. Some of the intentions that are most present in our hearts are:
- to be faithful to Jesus in our daily life...
- to have courage of professing our faith by our actions...
- to form good and responsible leaders for Catholic communities in the Arctic...
